NorCal Services for Deaf and Hard of Hearing is a non-profit organization serving the deaf and hearing-impaired communities. Founded in 1977, it is based in Sacramento and has offices in 24 northeastern counties of California, including Yuba County and Sutter County. Its mission includes empowering deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals to live independently and productively; educating the public about the needs, abilities, and accomplishments of deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals; and advocating for equal access and opportunities for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals.
